Nutrition To Grow Taller

So, I gave up trying to grow taler and focused on building my muscles. If youare one of those people who have tried muscle building programs then you know the base to building muscle is nutrition. I never really cared on what I ate but I was serious about building muscle so I ate a high protein diet to help me build build and repair muscle. What I didn't know is that protein also stimulates growth.

I was looking in the mirror of my room checking out my newly grown muscle (I am so vain I know) but it is not the muscles that surprised me it was the height meter that was on the wall behind me, I seemed to have grown taller. At first I thought it was just the hair but as I approached the meter I had discover that in a week of muscle building with the right diet I had managed to grow!! This gav me hope, I didn't stop growing but I knew that time was running short so I kept at what I was doing.

Obviously it wasn't just the right diet I was eating that made me grow taller, there was something else, I knew there was and it wasn't until I warmed up for my next workout when I it out and it was so simple!
