There are such things as stretches to grow taller. I figured this out when I was stretching for my next workout. I usually focus on my spine because I want it to be strong enough to help me do thee heavy weights but what I didn't see was that by stretching out the the spine, I am in fact lengthening it!!! It came as a shock to me too.
I continued stretching for a few more days and realised that I grown an extra half an inch! (approx.) It may not seem much to you but this was just the beginning for me, there must be more way I can grow taller right? Of course there are and add that with nutrition and stretches and I will soon be a giant!
There are many stretches to grow taller that you can perform on a daily basis. They are so easy and simple too. After finding this out I read up a bit more on stretches to grow taller and what I found next just blew my mind...
